You Couldn’t Resist, Could You?

You were told “don’t do it” and you did it anyway. Welcome to the kind of boldness that leads to growth. Reverse psychology works because it triggers autonomy. Being told “don’t” activates the urge to reclaim choice.

Conflict, pressure, and uncertainty often reveal the deeper patterns shaping a person, relationship, or system, but choice determines whether those patterns continue or begin to change. At Leadwell, intention is placed on restoring choice through counselling and coaching services which support:

  • Business and executive leaders

  • Couples and families

  • Children through play-based approaches

  • Individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions

Through a trauma-informed and relational approach, you can begin to make sense of recurring patterns, reconnect to choice, and move forward with purpose.

This is not soft work. It costs you avoidance.

If you’re looking for clarity, stronger relationships, or a confidential space to untangle life’s challenges, you’re in the right place and if your curiosity was sparked, consider this an invitation.

You can ignore it. Or not.

  • Before entering the counselling field, Tatiana spent years working in business development while navigating the realities of entrepreneurship within her own family. That experience shaped her understanding of the emotional pressure that leadership, ambition, financial stress, and high responsibility can place on individuals, marriages, and families. Today, she combines clinical training with real-world understanding to support clients through anxiety, burnout, relational conflict, identity loss, trauma, and major life transitions. Her work integrates evidence-based and experiential approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, attachment-focused therapy, somatic work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

  • Therapy with Tatiana is relational and collaborative. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in. Together, you will explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences shaping your life and wellbeing. Sessions may include practical tools and strategies, emotional processing, or deeper work around relationships, past experiences, and protective patterns that no longer serve you. Tatiana balances warmth with honesty, helping you better understand yourself and feel more connected in your relationships. At the intersection of business, relationships, and emotional wellbeing, the focus is on helping you move through life with greater clarity, capacity, and choice.

  • Tatiana supports individuals, couples, and families navigating the emotional and relational pressures that often come with life, leadership, and responsibility. Areas of focus include:
